Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your order.

In case of return due to a canceled purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. The product must be returned in its original condition and be well packaged.

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us via our contact form (contact us) and attach clear pictures of the product along with your order number.

We assess each complaint individually. If the complaint is approved, we will replace the product with a new one at no extra cost.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the right of complaint.
